  • Coordinate & supervise preparation of mapping, research & graphic design depts. to successfully implement marketing for clients & properties
  • Manage projects & tasks to completion
  • Attend meetings & interface with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Create Excel, Word & PowerPoint documents
  • Graphic design creation & implementation
  • Compose/type general & confidential correspondence
  • Perform intermediate research requests
  • Miscellaneous duties as directed


  • Superior knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Excellent project management & organizational skills are essential
  • Knowledge of graphics software programs a definite plus
  • Ability to “drill down” & figure things out – provide solutions to problems
  • Work independently, as well as thrive in a team environment
  • Open & receptive to new technologies
  • Effective at multi-tasking in a fast-paced & professional work environment
  • Possess complete attention to detail & exemplify excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work an established schedule, preferably two to three days per week for 3 to 5 hours per day depending on school schedule. Ability to be flexible as clients require for special projects.
