Jake has a wide breadth of professional experience that spans over a decade in the fields of architecture, construction, and real estate development. His background in these arenas has helped him to learn the transactional side of the business from Velocity’s expert brokers.
During Jake’s tenure at Velocity, he has been instrumental in supporting our key-client accounts on the front-end of the real estate transaction. Jake has contributed to our site selection, programming and feasibility analyses. Additionally, Jake coordinates a quarterly big-box and vacancy study for the Phoenix retail market. Jake’s ability to acquire and pin-point important retail information has provided a roadmap for our clients to navigate tough decisions in today’s marketplace.
Jake is a fourth generation Arizona native and graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Design with an emphasis on Housing and Urban Development.
