Nathan’s role at the firm is focused on servicing the many landlord clients and listings for the Corporate Services division by prospecting, managing the deal flow, and implementing the strategic marketing plans for each property. He is responsible for aggregating data on hundreds of tenants in the market for the firm’s proprietary database, as well as coordinating our big box and vacancy research on the Phoenix retail market. This research and data analysis enables Nathan to provide directed marketing campaigns, and superior results for each of our clients.
He graduated summa cum laude from the on the honors college at Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics. While Nathan was at Grand Canyon University he worked within the marketing department on campus to promote the university across a wide range of prospective students. He also recently completed a successful internship at Velocity, where he focused on learning the building blocks for this new role with the firm.
