SUMMARY

The Transaction Manager will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality service to clients and brokers by managing multiple steps in the real estate process. This position will be part of a busy team managing transactions for the company’s top retail clients. The main focus will be to manage all transactions to close, perform administrative coordination and manage work flow in a large team environment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage transaction activity related to leases, acquisitions & dispositions.
  • Manage work flow of brokers assisting with various clients in many geographic locations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients via verbal, written and electronic updates and reports.
  • Direct real estate related opportunity/problem analysis, action/solution strategies, and participate in developing and delivering reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Create presentations for the client’s real estate committee and senior executives.
  • Prepare documents relating to transactions, including letters of intent, commission agreements, amendments and work agreements, as well as maintaining the deal tracking database and deal files, and managing the deal process to completion.
  • Develop broad knowledge of the geographic areas targeted for opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal mapping, research and marketing to create world class materials.
  • Prepare listing flyers/brochures, site packages, tour books and related marketing collateral.
  • Ensure transaction activity is accurately reflected in prospecting and revenue forecasting system
  • Show properties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years commercial real estate brokerage experience with direct transaction experience
  • Ability to utilize technology to increase the speed of transactions
  • Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment
  • Manage deals through all stages from cold-calling, negotiation, to final agreements
  • Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet and database applications
  • Effective at multi-tasking in a fast-paced and professional work environment
  • Arizona real estate license in good standing
