David Walwyn

David Walwyn is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the commercial brokerage arena. Working throughout the North Bay area of California has provided David the opportunity to work with institutional clients and regional retailers through hundreds of transactions. He has a deep knowledge of retail, office, and industrial deal making and utilizes this extensive and varied experience to successfully create value for clients.

Throughout his career, David has garnered strong relationships in many industries and is recognized by his clients as providing superior customer service. Prior to his entry into commercial brokerage, David was an analyst and account manager for a major research and data collection company specializing in multi-family housing analytics and trend analysis, as well as commercial real estate data. This background is utilized daily in his interaction with clients in the transaction process.

He holds a real estate license in both Arizona and California and is an active member of ICSC. David attended Oregon State University majoring in Sociology with a minor in Pre-Law. David, his wife and two children live in Gilbert, Arizona, and when not in the office he enjoys yoga, snowboarding and spending time with his family.
