Ashley Outlet recently celebrated their grand opening for a 18,283 square foot store at the Promenade at Casa Grande, 1005 N. Promenade Parkway, #105 Casa Grande, Arizona. This is the 17th Ashley HomeStore in Arizona. The Landlord, Lamar Companies from Fairfield, New Jersey are the owners of the shopping center.
Darren Pitts and Bonnie Arlia of Velocity Retail Group, and Aaron Hodgdon of Hodgdon Group Realty represented Ashley in the transaction. “Ashley HomeStore and Ashley Outlet continue to expand their footprint in key markets throughout Arizona. This new outlet store is poised to serve the growing residential community throughout Casa Grande, Florence, and Maricopa, Arizona” said Pitts, Executive Vice President of Velocity Retail Group. The shopping center also has a Harkins 14 Theater, JC Penney, Dillard’s, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Ross Dress for Less and a host of supporting shops and restaurants. Situated on Interstate 10, with easy access from Florence Boulevard, the center is extremely visible.
This represents one of several dozen big box transactions completed by Velocity Retail Group in the past two years. The firm continues to lead the retail market in big box leasing and sales and looks forward to continuing to serve its expanding retailers at the highest level.
