At the “2019 Best of NAIOP Awards” ceremony, Velocity Retail’s Dave Cheatham and Darren Pitts received the Retail Broker Team of the Year. The event honors the year’s most successful projects, companies, and individuals within the commercial real estate industry.
This is the second consecutive year that Velocity Retail has earned this distinction which is based on outstanding achievement in the industry, production and mentoring others in the business. The team is extremely active in the area of tenant representation and leasing big boxes across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
