Velocity Leases Another Big Box and Attends Grand Opening for Goodwill in Chandler

Darren Pitts, Executive Vice President at Velocity Retail Group and Dave Cheatham, President at Velocity finalized the 23,975 square foot lease for Goodwill at the southeast corner of Ray and Rural Roads in Chandler. This transaction represents another big box leased by the Velocity Retail team. The space was a former Fry’s grocery store.

The Velocity team was on hand to attend the ribbon cutting and grand opening on August 3rd.

Approximately 37,000 square feet remain to be leased. The leasing team of Brian Gast, Brad Ranly, Darren Pitts and Dave Cheatham are working to fill the balance of the building. “We are talking with other tenants for the remainder of the space, and hope to have additional announcements soon that will complement the existing tenants in the center,” said Pitts.
