Ashley HomeStore held their grand opening for the newest Arizona location at 3090 Gateway Boulevard in Prescott. The 42,000 square foot store welcomed a crowd of eager shoppers after the ribbon cutting. The location is immediately adjacent to Prescott Gateway, the area’s only enclosed regional mall. Darren Pitts of Velocity Retail Group and Aaron Hodgdon of Hodgdon Group Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. The team is working on additional locations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area on behalf of Ashley HomeStore. This transaction is one of nearly two dozen big box deals completed by Velocity Retail Group this year. The firm continues to lead the retail market in big box leasing and sales and looks forward to continuing to serve its expanding retailers at the highest level.
