NAIOP Arizona Board Elects New Officers and Members for 2018 2Phoenix, Ariz. (Nov. 30, 2017) – The Arizona chapter of NAIOP, the commercial real estate voice for the state, elected its 2018 officers and board members at its October 19 board meeting.

2018 NAIOP-AZ officers are Chairman of the Board, Andrew Cheney, Lee & Associates Arizona; Vice Chairman, Molly Carson, Ryan Companies US, Inc.; Secretary, Danny Swancey, ViaWest Group and Jim Wentworth Jr., Wentworth Property Company, LLC as Treasurer.

New officers and new or re-nominated board members include Phil Breidenbach, Colliers International; Ex-Officio member, Jenna Borcherding, JLL; Bryon Carney, Cushman & Wakefield; Keith Earnest, VanTrust Real Estate LLC; Jeff Foster, Prologis; Tom Jarvis, Willmeng Construction; Rusty Kennedy, CBRE;  Darren Pitts, Velocity Retail Group; John Orsak, Lincoln Property Company; Candace Rosauro, JOKAKE Construction; Danny Swancey, ViaWest Group; Cathy Thuringer, Trammell Crow Company; Chuck Vogel, VEREIT, Inc.; Jim Wentworth Jr., Wentworth Property Company, LLC; and Bob Hubbard, LBA Realty and Larry Pobuda, Opus Group who also serve on the Executive Committee by virtue of being past chairmen.
