Specializing in site selection services focused on commercial land, Brad draws upon his nearly two decades of experience to identify opportunities for his clients. His role at Velocity Retail is to expand and grow the Land Division and further expand our client offerings in this specialty.
By working with development companies, investors, companies in the public sector, and medical clients Brad is able to find parcels that fit each client’s specific needs. His experiences in working directly with the end-user provide Brad with a unique perspective in pinpointing and locating multiple possibilities for specific clients.
Brad has been involved in several notable projects including:
· Three locations for the Maricopa County Community College District ranging from 20 to 30 acres each
· Gilbert Mercy Hospital’s Gilbert location of approximately 30 acres
· Val Vista Square, a 35 acre site at the southeast corner of Pecos Road and Val Vista Road in Gilbert, which is now home to the VA Hospital and other retail tenants
Through the years Brad has also had the opportunity to work with one of the largest special servicers in the nation and was part of a special asset solutions group which was responsible for disposing of distressed commercial assets throughout the Phoenix metro area. Having experience with trustee sales, note acquisitions and other distressed situations gives Brad a well-rounded level of expertise that serves his clients well.
Brad is a member of U.L.I., and has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of New Mexico.
