
Brian Gast joined Velocity Retail Group in May 2014 as the new Senior Vice President of the Retail Division. Brian is also part of the Million Dollar Club at Velocity Retail Group and completed over $65 million worth of deals in 2017 and over $75 million in 2018. He became Partner and Executive Vice President in January 2019 at Velocity Retail Group. He has continually been the Top Producer and in the Million Dollar Club every year consistently since 2017.
Superior market knowledge, coupled with being able to lead successful negotiations while leveraging relationships has been the cornerstone that Brian brings to the table for his clients. As a top producer at his previous firms, Brian has completed hundreds of transactions while building extensive relationships over the years.
Adept at handling the leasing and asset disposition for owners, while providing exceptional results, has given Brian the opportunity to work with high-profile shopping centers throughout the Phoenix metropolitan market. His relationships span the gamut from large national firms and REIT’s, as well as regional and local owners.
His work representing retailers on market roll-outs or expansions is extensive with national and local firms benefiting from Brian’s ability to create a market strategy and obtain superior sites for each retail concept. Coupled with his deep relationships in Phoenix with Developers, Landlords, and Brokers ensures the best success for all the Tenants we represent.
