With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Phil brings a strong background in operations management, human resource management, financial planning and analysis, and project management to Velocity Retail Group.
His most recent experience comes as a veteran of CBRE’s Phoenix office where he was the Senior Operations Manager and most recently the Regional Operations Manager for the states of Arizona, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico. In these roles he was responsible for the oversight of administrative day to day operations for five offices and had full operational accountability for budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss, business planning and human resource functions.
Phil is a strong leader and provides increased efficiency and productivity within his areas of responsibility. These finely-tuned skill sets are a benefit for Velocity Retail’s clients and creates a seamless process to all office functions. Phil holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate Salespersons license.

The Philanthropy Committee at Velocity Retail was back in action last week with a visit to Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) – a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals to malnourished children worldwide.
