Brad’s has deep knowledge of investment sales, distressed property sales, and commercial land sales and acquisitions. This provides an extensive and varied level of experience for his clients.
He is proactive in marketing properties and has produced exceptional results for many shopping center owners throughout the Phoenix market. He is known for achieving the clients’ goals and objectives and bringing both sides of the table to a mutual negotiation.
He is a member of Urban Land Institute and ICSC. As a graduate of the University of New Mexico he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications, as well as being a 4-year varsity letterman in wrestling.
