Bret Olson

Whether working with a Fortune 500 retailer or a single unit store operator, Bret Olson’s goal is to strategically create a market strategy that provides maximized brand recognition and store profitability for each location. Success comes from helping his client’s business become a household name. Calling on his 15 years of experience in the industry, he frequently consults with owners to maximize the value of their holdings, and lease up vacancies. Formerly a Congressional Aide and candidate for the Washington State House of Representatives, Bret combines his experience in government and political process with a deep knowledge of commercial real estate.

Bret Olson’s client expertise includes Bahama Buck’s, Chevrolet Dealers, Cricket Wireless, Dignity Memorial, Farmers Insurance, Jiffy Lube, Kumon Learning Centers, The Little Gym, NAPA Auto Parts, Neptune Society, Olympic Jewelers, Shell Oil, The Simple Greek, and WinCo Foods to name a few. Originally from the Seattle area, Bret has a wide market knowledge with particular expertise in the Greater Phoenix and Tucson areas and the Pacific Northwest.

His studies include the University of Salamanca in Spain and graduating from Seattle Pacific University. He holds the National Association of Realtors’ GREEN Designation, helping his clients reach their environmental goals using economically sound and profitable solutions. He is a licensed broker in both Arizona and Washington State. Bret remains active in political and civic affairs.

Bret has four children and lives in Scottsdale.
