Chris Evjen

As Vice President, Account Manager, Chris’ role is to support and execute the vision for our major accounts. He will be working directly with our co-founder and Executive Vice President, Darren Pitts, to facilitate and implement effective business practices that will serve our clients at the highest level.

As a respected professional in the retail real estate arena, his background includes more than 25 years of experience with retailers as a real estate manager, and as a salesperson assisting clients with their market strategy, site selection and negotiating transactions. He is very familiar with several markets including Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso, Nevada, and Southern California. His ability to handle high volume accounts, manage transactions from inception to completion, and with knowledge of all aspects of real estate operations and functions are a significant asset to our clients.

His position with our firm will be to provide seamless communication and execution of day-to-day requests from clients, oversee and coordinate activities with our execution team, and ensure that all client transactions and requests are managed to completion. His history of strong attention to detail and working in the retail real estate arena will serve our clients well in our ever-evolving business.

Chris is a long-time Arizona resident. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He and his family live in north Phoenix.
