Chris Gerardo is a seasoned expert in retail real estate, specializing in leasing, development, consulting, and advisory services. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Chris has been a trusted partner to landlords, developers, and national retail brands across the country. He has successfully leased and developed millions of square feet of retail space, including neighborhood, community, and regional shopping centers. His portfolio includes collaborations with top-tier brands such as Walmart, Home Depot, Trader Joe’s, and Planet Fitness, as well as countless local businesses.

Chris has held leadership roles with prominent organizations, including Whitestone REIT, Pederson Group, and W.M. Grace Development Co. Notably, he served as Designated Broker for Phoenix Retail Consultants, leveraging his expertise to provide tailored solutions in leasing and development. Chris’s career accomplishments span complex projects like repurposing grocery stores for new tenants and leading multi-store rollouts.

In addition to his professional achievements, Chris has been a member of ICSC since 1986 and served as Arizona State Director for the organization.
