With a background in Urban Planning, research design, statistical analysis and graphic design, Nick conducts data visualization and provides visual materials to aid clients in their real estate location decisions. He is passionate about using cutting edge technology and software to provide detailed visual materials for Velocity Retail’s clients.

By merging his knowledge of GIS software and experience with data sets, he generates high quality, professional maps. Along with his experience in graphic design, Nick prioritizes in creating esthetically pleasing maps for our client’s real estate packages, property brochures, and site planning requirements. Nick also conducts research and maintains several databases of information and statistics relating to the market.

Nick was born in Hong Kong and came to the United States in 2016 to pursue higher level education. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning and a Degree Specialization in Geographic Information Systems. His future goals are to work towards a Master’s in Business Administration.
