Ryann Kemp is a Senior Marketing Associate with Velocity Retail Group, working directly with The Gast Team to lead the team’s marketing and creative efforts. She brings a strong combination of creativity, communication, and strategic thinking to the commercial real estate industry.

Ryann graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Communications and Entrepreneurship and is an alumna of Kappa Delta Sorority. She began her career in commercial real estate in 2021, and over the past five years has built deep experience in marketing within the industry, with her background in communications and entrepreneurship providing a strong foundation for connecting properties with prospective tenants and clients through strategic marketing.

Today, Ryann is responsible for developing and executing the marketing initiatives that support The Gast Team’s properties, listings, and overall brand. From creating property brochures and site plans to coordinating tenant maps, third-party website postings, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, she works closely with the team to ensure each property is professionally presented and positioned to reach the right audience.

Outside of work, Ryann enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and exploring new restaurants throughout the Valley.
