Greg White brings more than 34 years of commercial real estate experience to Velocity Retail Group, with expertise spanning tenant representation, leasing, build to suit development, acquisitions, dispositions, investment sales and sale leaseback transactions. Throughout his career, Greg has represented some of the nation’s most sophisticated corporate users, developers and property owners, giving him extensive experience navigating complex transactions of every size and type.

Greg spent 24 years with CBRE, where he represented leading corporations in local, regional, national and international real estate assignments. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 800 commercial real estate transactions and has worked with companies including Home Depot, Nissan, Bose, Motorola, Mohawk Industries, Bridgestone Tire, LG, Ryan Companies, Living Spaces and Desert Schools Federal Credit Union.

A longtime Arizona resident, Greg has also been actively involved in numerous community organizations, schools and youth sports programs throughout the Valley. He attended the University of Arizona and the University of Pittsburgh’s Semester at Sea program. Greg and his wife have been married for more than 27 years, have three children and live in Paradise Valley.
