We just concluded a successful Phoenix Retail Interface event produced by France Media.
Velocity Retail Group’s Dave Cheatham was featured on the Investments and Capital Markets panel with five other experts in their field. John Lotardo, Senior Vice President of Commonwealth Land Title Company, moderated the lively discussion. Dave was joined by Bobby Khorshidi, President of Archway Fund, Ryan Sarbinoff, Regional Manager for Marcus and Millichap, Ari Spiro, President ORION Investment Real Estate and David Guido, Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank.
The group discussed a variety of topics, and mutually agreed at the conclusion that the Phoenix market is growing and supported by a stable local and national economy, record high job growth and continued strong in-migration of over 80,000 people per year. All of this bodes well for the Phoenix retail market which has the lowest vacancy rate since the Recession, and is poised to perform well into the next cycle.
