Velocity Retail Group announces that that Devona Haddock has joined as the Director of Property Management, and Designated Broker for the firm’s newly launched company, Velocity Management Services. VMS will work with property owners to maximize property value and investment returns, and with retailers to provide property management solutions for their facilities.

Devona brings more than thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate and property management arena. With an extensive background in all facets of asset and property management including leasing, repositioning, operations, property disposition, and customer relations she brings a wealth of knowledge to any challenge.
Her background includes working with national organizations such as CBRE, Prudential, and Public Storage. She excelled at maintaining relationships with all levels of ownership for various product types. Throughout her career she has overseen more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate with a combined portfolio approaching $1 billion dollars encompassing retail, office, and industrial properties.
Devona’s focus for Velocity Management Services will be to provide first in class service to our clients and to grow the VMS platform throughout the southwest.
