Eli Castronova, Velocity Retail Group’s Senior Vice President Investment Sales and Capital Markets, is a 30-year veteran in the commercial property and financing industries. Eli consults with owners, developers, and investors in the analysis of their investment properties to determine the buy, hold, re-position or sell strategy. He provides investment sales market representation to achieve optimal capital market solutions for our clients.

During his career he has been involved in acquiring, entitling, financing, developing, leasing and selling projects exceeding $1 Billion in cumulative transaction value. His retail segment activities run the gamut across grocery, power and lifestyle centers, to pharmacy anchored and free-standing retail projects development, financing and investment sales. Drawing upon his deep commercial property industry experience spanning several real estate cycles, Eli provides insight and foresight on many levels bringing value to retail property analysis and managing retail transactions.

His prior work experience includes being Executive Vice President and Principal of The Aspen Group, a Phoenix based real estate development and investment company, Senior Vice President of Land Advisors Capital division of Land Advisors Organization, the largest land brokerage firm in the US and working as a Credit Analyst & Account Associate in the Wells Fargo Bank Commercial Banking division earlier in his career. Eli graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia with a Major in Accounting & Finance in 1982 and graduated from high school in Los Angeles, CA.
