Retail Account Manager

What is the Opportunity?

The Account Manager controls the details, next action items and pace of transactions within our Corporate Services division.  To put it simply, this position manages the outcome for every transaction (both leasing and sales) for a variety of retailers and owners.   We work with Fortune 500 level companies who are expanding their store count, and new retail concepts just entering the Arizona market and establishing their footprint in the market.   The position interfaces with all levels of personnel within our organization and with our clients.  The Account Manager utilizes established processes and systems that manage the details of each transaction.

There are over 100 transactions to manage at any given time, this position is critical to our success.  Helping to ensure that your colleagues are performing their role in the transaction by managing each step of the process will be part of your daily routine.

Are you qualified?

Having a strong attention to detail, being naturally organized, and having the ability to work within an established system to manage multiple deadlines with multiple people is critical for this position.  Being resourceful and having strong problem solving skills while using effective communication with your colleagues will help you be successful.  From a technical side, it is required that any candidate is advanced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word).  Past experience or demonstrating the ability to navigate and effectively use a CRM and a work flow management system is preferred.  Active Arizona real estate license in good standing is required.  Lastly a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution will provide a leg up with any candidate.

Compensation is salary + bonus.
