A seasoned development executive with 30 years of experience in the development and lease up of retail and mixed use projects estimated at over $1 billion in value. Trey is skilled in all aspects of the development and project management process. Specializing in the analysis and feasibility of sites he has the ability to source projects focused on the needs of our clients. He has the experience to work through the entitlement process with various municipalities as well as with prospective national, regional and local retailers. During his career he has held management positions and was responsible for acquisitions, oversight and strategic analysis with several leading development companies which include Pederson Group, Barclay Group, Vestar Development (formerly Estes), Nexus Development and his own development firm of Winchester Group. He has provided hands-on supervision in dozens of projects throughout the Southwest and in Canada which included tenants such as Target, JC Penney’s, Harkins Theaters, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Office Max, Ross, Marshall’s, Sports Authority, Bed Bath and Beyond, Albertson’s, Fry’s Food and Drug and Walgreens.
Trey holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on finance and a minor in economics from the University of Oklahoma. He has also served as Program Chairman for ICSC in Arizona.
