Chad Torres

As Vice President, Director of Real Estate, Chad’s role is to support and execute the vision for our major accounts while overseeing and leading our regional team. He will be working directly with our co-founder and Executive Vice President, Darren Pitts, to facilitate and implement effective processes that will serve our clients at the highest level.

His position with our firm will be to provide seamless communication, oversee and coordinate with our execution team, and ensure that all client transactions and requests are managed to completion. His history of strong attention to detail and working in the retail real estate arena will serve our clients well in our ever-evolving business.

His background includes more than 12 years of experience with Red Mountain Group, Weingarten Realty, and Kimco Realty in acquisitions and dispositions. He has significant transaction experience on both the landlord and tenant representation side.

Chad is originally from Southern California. He has a BA degree from the University of Arizona Global Campus and holds both an Arizona and California real estate license.
