For over 18 years, Dean has provided superior retail real estate expertise for his clients. He has in-depth knowledge of various markets in the southwest and central regions spanning from Arizona to Texas and Minnesota. He is adept in working equally well with owners and tenants in all aspects of the retail arena including land sales, leasing, and development.

During his career Dean has achieved several awards and milestones, including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, and the Million Dollar Award. He has earned a reputation for persistence in achieving his clients’ goals and objectives in the areas of strategic planning, market knowledge and by utilizing his sharply honed negotiation skills. His proactive and highly responsive approach in marketing properties has provided exceptional results for many high-profile shopping centers throughout the Phoenix and Oklahoma markets. He has deeply rooted relationships spanning from REIT’s, to large national firms and regional and local owners.

He is a graduate of the Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego California where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance and Administration.
