In this pivotal position, you will play a critical role in supporting and executing the vision of the Executive Vice President with crucial accounts while overseeing, influencing, and leading a high-capacity team. You will coordinate and collaborate with retail clients to provide high client satisfaction. You will ensure seamless communication between departments as you constantly liaise between the EVP and those working alongside the EVP. Concierge mentality and attention to detail are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborates closely with the EVP and other senior leaders to align organizational strategies with the overall vision and goals
- Acts as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations regarding executing real estate transactions for critical accounts
Leadership and Team Management:
- Works collaboratively to define and execute the strategy
- Oversees and manages a team of internal and external brokers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Seeks out best practices and has a mindset of constant improvement
- Drives the mentorship and career pathing of team members
Operational Excellence:
- Ensures efficient allocation of resources, tools, and guidance necessary for the team’s success
- Facilitates developing and implementing effective processes, adapting to the organization’s and clients’ evolving needs
Qualifications:
- At least 5 -10 years of professional experience
- Background with retail real estate transactions preferred
- Proven experience in leading teams within a smaller, entrepreneurial company or environment
- Strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of retail real estate
- Previous experience defining and executing strategy
- Ability to identify needs while creating a roadmap to meet those needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Additional Information:
- The Director of Real Estate role is location-dependent (Phoenix, AZ).
- The nature of this role necessitates an on-site presence; remote work is not feasible
