Retail Salesperson/Relationship Manager

SUMMARY

Based in Phoenix Arizona, this position will negotiate transactions involving the lease and sale of retail commercial real estate properties. This is a salaried plus incentive or a commission position that will utilize teaming and technology to increase deal volume and minimize transaction time to provide the highest level of service for our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage account transaction activity related to leases, acquisitions and dispositions
  • Initiate deal making activities by working with approved market plans
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients via verbal, written and electronic updates and reports
  • Assists and manages the creation of REC packages, presentations and tour books
  • Tour prospective clients to property sites and discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms
  • Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and necessary presentations
  • Prepare documents relating to transactions, including letters of intent, listing agreements, commission agreements, or amendments as well as maintaining the deal tracking database and electronic deal file system, and managing the deal process to completion.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry
  • Ensure transaction activity is accurately reflected in prospecting and revenue forecasting system
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years commercial real estate brokerage experience with direct transaction experience
  • Ability to utilize technology to increase the speed of transactions
  • Strong communication skills including ability to work in a team environment
  • Manage deals through all stages from cold-calling, negotiation, to final agreements
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, MS Word, and database applications
  • Effective at multi-tasking in a fast-paced and professional work environment
  • Arizona real estate license in good standing
