As the leader of Velocity Retail’s Investment Advisory Division, Ron specializes in the sale of shopping centers and single-tenant retail buildings. With over 25 years in the retail real estate arena, Ron has extensive experience in the retail brokerage field. He is adept in the development process with a thorough knowledge of the shopping center industry. He has worked directly with the development of over fifty shopping centers throughout the Phoenix and Tucson areas in all aspects including design, construction, lease up, and the eventual sale of the asset.
Ron is accomplished at maximizing the value of a shopping center by creatively analyzing repositioning options to help our clients be successful in this extremely competitive market. Ron’s retail experience brings a broad spectrum of knowledge and understanding of both sides of the transaction for Velocity’s clients.
Ron is on the Board of Directors of Scottsdale Christian Academy and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico.
