At the 2021 Best of NAIOP Awards ceremony Velocity Retail’s Dave Cheatham and Darren Pitts received the Retail Broker Team of the Year. The event honors the year’s most successful projects, companies and individuals within the commercial real estate industry.
This is the third year that the duo has earned this distinction which honors outstanding achievement in the industry, production, and mentoring others in the business. The team is extremely active in the area of tenant representation and leasing big boxes across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
