The 2016 Annual RED (Real Estate Development) Awards, hosted by AZRE Magazine, took place on March 3, 2016 at the JW Marriott in Desert Ridge. The annual awards honor the top broker/teams and recognize notable commercial real estate projects and transactions for the previous year.
This year, the brokerage team of Dave Cheatham and Darren Pitts took home the award for Top Leasing Brokers. This is the second year in a row that the two have been honored. Last year the pair took home the award for best retail sales team; and Velocity’s Andy Kroot previously held the award for best broker in retail leasing.
“It’s really special to have this award remain within the company two years in a row,” said Greg Coxon, Chief Administrative Officer. “It is very telling of the extremely hard work our brokers provide for our clients to be honored again with this prestigious award. Our brokerage team is focused on providing superior customer service and dedication to our clients.”
